Student Achievements

We’re a relatively young camp, but with an experience coaching staff that has guided students to 15 final round finishes at the national tournaments, multiple high finishes at tournaments like Harvard, Glenbrooks, the MBA Round Robin, Yale, Villiger, Columbia, multiple state championships, and others.

However, in our young history, our camp students have compiled an impressive list of achievements. It is important to us and our camp philosophy that we say that we don’t pretend to claim credit for our students’ achievements; they are their own, and we only hope we helped them along the way. That said, it’s nice to be able to highlight their achievements, since we’re proud of them!

  • NFL Nationals: 5th Place Foreign Extemp (2004), 2nd Place Foreign Extemp & Final Round Winner (2005), 2nd Place Foreign Extemp (2006) as well as 3 semifinalist appearances in Domestic and Foreign Extemp.
  • CFL Nationals: 4th Place Extemp (2007)
  • Harvard Invitational: Champion and 2nd Place (2005), 2nd Place (2006), 4th Place (2007).
  • Yale Invitational: Champion and 2nd place (2004), Champion (2005), 4th Place (2006).
  • Extemp TOC: 2006 Champion, 2007 runner-up.
  • Columbia: 2006 Extemp Champion, 2007 Extemp runner-up
  • George Mason: 2006 Extemp 3rd place, Extemp Round Robin runner-up.
  • Glenbrooks: 2005 Extemp 3rd place
  • Montgomery Bell Round Robin: 2006 Extemp 2nd place, 2005 Extemp 2nd and 3rd Place
  • Villiger: 2006 Extemp Champion, 2005 Extemp 2nd and 3rd place, 2004 2nd Place
  • Winter Springs, FL : 2007 Foreign Extemp Champion and 4th place
  • Florida Blue Key: 2007 Domestic Extemp 2nd place, Foreign Extemp 4th place
